Full-time - Permanent Contract

SANERGRID is a group specialized in technical and environmental solutions for high-voltage power transformers. As part of our strong growth, we are strengthening our sales team with a key position covering three complementary areas:

- Administrative and commercial support for business activities in the France-North region
- Administrative and commercial support for our Export activities
- Management of orders received via our TECHNIKELEC e-commerce platform

This position is part of the sales force and provides a dynamic, cross-functional role at the heart of customer relations.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will assist the Sales Managers for France-North, Export, and e-commerce, acting as a link between the sales force and the support teams based in Caen.

Your Mission

Sales Administration - France-North & Export

- Enter customer orders into our ERP and check order confirmations before sending
- Create and update project files in collaboration with the Sales Managers
- Serve as an interface with the Production Department (Engineering, Purchasing, Methods, Logistics)
- Coordinate deliveries with the Logistics Department
- Issue customer invoices and follow up on payments

E-commerce Order Management

- Monitor online order validation, preparation, shipping, and invoicing through Prestashop
- Create new customer accounts
- Record shipments through DHL parcel services
- Send invoices and follow up on payment collection

Le profil recherché

Profile :

You are organized, meticulous, and able to manage several files simultaneously.

You enjoy teamwork and have excellent customer-relations skills.

Strong language skills are essential: proficiency in English and a second foreign language (Spanish or German). A third foreign language would be a strong asset.

You have commercial awareness, enabling you to interact with customers when necessary and, over time, contribute to quotations, sales follow-up, and internal reporting.

Tools

You will work daily with:

- Our internal ERP/CRM dedicated to sales administration
- The Prestashop e-commerce platform
- Standard office software

You are fully comfortable with digital tools and can quickly master new software. Proficiency in office tools and correct use of our ERP are essential for success in this role.

Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts
- 35 hours per week

Education & Requirements

- Ideally a Bac +2 degree such as BTS in Sales, BTS in International Trade, or DUT in Business Techniques, with several years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong command of English required; Spanish or German highly appreciated.
- Must hold nationality of a European Union member state.

- Salary: Starting from €30,000 gross/year depending on profile
