Key Responsibilities:
- + 5 years of experience in partner management, customer success and implementation
- You get assigned a portfolio of partners. They are YOUR TEAM. You manage their ramp, performance, & long term success:
- dedicating a fixed amount of time to assist in their active implementations
- Organize & support their internal training
- You monitor the progress of their implementations & report on it internally
- Our team runs the consultant's certification program. Expect to run the trainings, meet a lot of people, assess and certify them
- Act as the main point of contact for the qualification and initial training of new partners.
- Support the Partner Excellence Program through operational tasks, process improvements, and other initiatives: mostly training & reporting (in Pigment)
- Collaborate closely with the Partner Account Manager to align the sales strategy and the quality of partners' work.
Who you are
- Leading experience in managing EPM or related implementations, ideally with a team of partners
- Strong technical background (with experience in EPM ideally) or related products
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Experience in partner management, customer success, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
