- Experience in partnership development, business development, strategic alliances, or similar commercial roles.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and negotiating partnerships.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate customer needs intocommercially viable value propositions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of digital commerce, partnership economics, and profitability drivers.
- Comfortable navigatingcomplex, multistakeholder environmentsin fastmoving contexts.
- This role sits within Visa's Affluent (Premium) team and is dedicated to sourcing, negotiating, and securing highvalue merchant partnerships that enhance Visa's Premium value proposition.
- You will lead the identification, outreach, negotiation, and contracting of toptier partners to deliver exclusive benefits-such as free subscriptions, unique experiences, and highimpact discounts-for Premium cardholders.
- This is a senior role requiring strong dealmaking expertise and the ability to manage complex relationships with merchants.
