YOUR ROLE

Internship in the Administration & General Services Department and the Building and User Services Department.
You will mainly be responsible for maintenance and repair work on the building, as well as technological renovation and building asset management.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

- Identification of technical installations.
- Developing a multi-year plan.
- Technology and regulatory monitoring.
- CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) (simplification and automation).
- Finding innovative solutions.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

- You are currently enrolled in a Master's 1 or 2 programme at an engineering school specialising in Industrial Engineering or Energy.
- You have an excellent command of French, both written and spoken (writing standards and interactions with all types of interlocutors).
- You have good technical knowledge (HVAC, CFO, CFA), technical and financial project management, and office software.
- Your curiosity, foresight and autonomy will enable you to easily adapt to this supportive team.
