Ingénieur Structure Projets Subsea H/F ABYSS ENERGY

PROFILE:

Engineering Office Structural Engineer with the following skills and capabilities:

- Proven background in structural engineering, ideally within offshore and subsea projects
- Ability to work independently while reporting to the Project Lead
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams

MISSIONS:
The services shall be performed autonomously, under the responsibility of the Project Lead, and in close interface with other engineering disciplines.
The scope of services includes, but is not limited to:
- Structural engineering activities with experience ideally in offshore subsea projects
- Design and analysis of subsea structures such as:
- FLET
- Manifolds
- Suction piles
- Large mudmats

- Use on previous projects of FEA software ABAQUS (2D shell and 3D solid/volumetric modeling)
- Ideally, experience with beam software SACS and hand calculations

COMPETENCIES:
- For the execution of this service, the candidate must have the following competencies in the Oil & Gas sector:
- English: fluent written and spoken (mandatory)
- French: working knowledge is an advantage
- ABAQUS: strong experience with 2D shell and 3D solid analyses
- SACS beam software and hand calculations
- Proven experience in offshore/subsea structural engineering projects
- Full autonomy in structural design and calculations
- Ability to propose technical solutions to the Project Lead
- Experience in reviewing drawings, working closely with draftsmen, and taking responsibility for data issued to drafting teams during advanced project phases
