Material Handling Equipment Supervisor-Kbl Warehouse Management M - F H/F AGL Group

-Equipment Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of material handling equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, pallet trucks, and automated systems.
-Team Supervision: Manage, train, and schedule a team of equipment operators to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to safety protocols.
-Outsourced Repair Coordination: Supervise and coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs, ensuring timely completion, quality of work, and adherence to service agreements.
-Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards by conducting regular safety inspections and training to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
-Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to reduce equipment downtime.
-Inventory Support: Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate movement and storage of goods using MHE.
-Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve equipment utilization and operational efficiency, implementing best practices and evaluating new technologies.
-Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance logs, repair invoices, and incident reports.
-Budget Oversight: Monitor and control costs related to equipment maintenance, outsourced repairs, and parts procurement, ensuring alignment
-Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure outsourced repairs meet quality and timeline expectations.
-Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational and vendor performance goals are met.
