Process Manager - Commercial Team Sales Operations Business Information H/F Coface

Skills & Qualifications:

· Master's degree in economics, Business Administration, IT or others

· 3+ years of experience with proven track record in process optimizations, operational excellence, lean management

· Experience in mapping processes (VSM's) and implementing impactful improvements with efficiency savings. Lean certification would be a plus.

· Deep E2E knowledge of sales processes

· Superior interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and lead change initiatives

· Polished written and oral communicator in French and English.

· Creative, innovative, analytical and collaborative

· Project management and facilitation skills

· Highly organized, design-minded and detail-oriented
