- Expertise supply planning, and manufacturing in a complex, multi-site environment.
- Advanced analytical skills ; comfortable with scenario modelling and decision-making under uncertainty.
- Knowledge of biologics planning, batch-yield variability, antigen strategies, and regulatory constraints.
- Strategic mindset + operational excellence.
- Effective stakeholder communication up to Comex level.
