WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Main challenge
You will joinGameloft for Brands, the division dedicated to in-game advertising and gamification solutions.
Your missionwill be tolead the creative vision and artistic direction of rich media formats (playables, mini-games, interactive videos, rich banners) withinCOMBO! The Gaming Media Network.
What it means on a daily basis :
- Defineand champion thecreativeandartisticvision of interactive formats (playables, mini-games, interactivevideos,richmedia).
- Design,produce, or supervise high-qualitymockups, prototypes, storyboards, motion assets, andvisualdeliverables.
- Turnbrand andagencybriefsintoinnovative andengagingcreativeconceptsalignedwithclient objectives.
- Manage and mentor a diverseteamofcreativetalents (designers, motionartists,illustrators, HTML5developers)whilefosteringan inclusive and collaborativeteamculture.
- Co-developvisualguidelines,templates, brandidentities, and B2BmaterialstostrengthenCOMBO!/G4B'screativefootprint.
- Conductcontinuouscreativetrendwatching(gaming, UX/UI, motion, 3D, AI) and drive a culture of innovationwithintheteam.
You will report to our Global Marketing Director at Gameloft and manage a team of two designers, working in close collaboration with the product and technical teams.
Recruitment Process

Interview with the Hiring Manager, our Global Marketing Director at Gameloft:
This interview aims to evaluate your suitability for the role, assess your technical skills, and answer any technical questions you may have about the position.
Final interview with our EVP, Gameloft for Brands:
This final stage provides an opportunity to discuss the previous interviews in more depth and to assess the strategic aspects of the role.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Provenbackground in art direction,graphicdesign, and digitalcreativeproduction.
- Advancedmasteryof Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,AfterEffects,Premiere).
- Strongunderstandingofvisualstorytelling, UX, and interactiveadvertisingformats (HTML5,playableads).
- ProficiencywithcreativeAItools(Midjourney,Runway,OpenAI) and collaborativetools(Figma, Miro).
- Experienceleadingandsupportingmultidisciplinarycreativeteams.
