Back Office Analyst - Lending Transaction Processing M H/F MANPOWER - LUXEMBOURG

Manpower Luxembourg is recruiting for one of its clients, a leading international financial institution, a Back Office Analyst - Lending Transaction Processing Officer to reinforce its Finance Directorate.

Your role

You will be responsible for managing and monitoring lending transactions, ensuring their accurate and timely processing within the Bank's core lending systems. You will operate in a structured and collaborative environment with high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Your main responsibilities

- Record key contractual data of lending operations in the core lending system
- Process disbursements and lifecycle events (prepayments, credit updates, restructurings, etc.)
- Monitor lending transactions to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders and other operational teams
- Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations within a team of back-office specialists

- Your profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services, ideally in lending operations or back-office functions
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- Languages
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- - Strong IT skills and ability to work efficiently with operational systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
