Back Office Analyst - Transaction Processing Officer M H/F MANPOWER - LUXEMBOURG

Manpower Luxembourg is recruiting for one of its clients, a prestigious international financial institution, a Back Office Analyst / Transaction Processing Officer to strengthen its Treasury Operations team.

Your role

In this highly technical position, you will contribute to the implementation and execution of back-office processes related to treasury and financial market activities.

Your main responsibilities

- Perform end controls based on the 4-eye principle for borrowing, derivatives and treasury instruments
- Handle EMIR regulatory reporting
- Control and validate coupon fixings
- Ensure accurate transaction processing, reconciliations and audit trails
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including AI-enabled and digital transformation projects

- Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Back Office or Middle Office role within a bank or financial institution
- Languages
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)

- Solid knowledge of financial instruments (bonds, derivatives, FX, money market instruments) from a back-office perspective
- Proven experience in Treasury Operations
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g. Wall Street Suite, ION) and core banking platforms
- Very good command of Excel
- Basic knowledge of SWIFT standards (ISO 20022) is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and a problem-solving mindset
