A major player and pioneer in natural ingredients for over 170 years, Robertet is an international family-owned group recognized for its unique expertise in fragrances, flavors, and natural ingredients.
We are currently looking for a Strategy Business Analyst (M/F) to strengthen our teams.
Based in Paris, you will work directly with the Chief of Staff of the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer and help shape the strategic direction of an international group that is a leader in natural ingredients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic Analyses & competitive market Intelligence
- Conduct high-quality strategic analyses across categories, markets, and geographies.
- Produce insightful reports on strategic plans through rigorous market analysis and opportunity identification.
- Perform in-depth assessments of selected markets (categories, geographies) to evaluate growth potential and strategic fit with Robertet.
- Prepare and present actionable recommendations to top management.
- Lead competitive intelligence initiatives on specific geographies, categories, or segments.
- Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks, dashboards, and benchmarking tools (including database).
2. Business Performance Monitoring
- Produce regular business performance reports for regions and divisions.
- Support the consolidation and review of KPIs used for strategic steering.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making across the Growth & Strategy organization.
3. Growth & Transformation Strategy Development
- Support the design and implementation of global growth strategies and transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional strategy and business development projects (e.g., category reviews, regional strategy deep-dives, innovation priorities).
- Provide analytical support to leadership for priority projects and ad-hoc strategic requests.
- Support the preparation of executive workshops, strategic reviews and seminars.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in strategy, business development, market analysis, consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Strategic mindset, business acumen, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey findings to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis tools, market research methodologies, and business intelligence preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a strong plus.
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to a global strategic agenda.
