The Composites Center of Excellence (CCE) brings together 1,100 employees spread across 4 sites in France, Tunisia, and Mexico. Its mission is to develop, industrialize, and manufacture composite shells for Business and First Class seats delivered by SAFRAN SEATS.

The Composites Center of Excellence is looking for his Program Quality Manager to series production who is in charge to lead the quality relationship with customers (Safran Seats GB Cwmbran, Wales and Safran Seats FR, Issoudun) in connection with the CCE facilities. He implements the best practices and quality processes with customers in order to improve quality, cost and delivery performance.

The main activities of this position include:

- Establish and maintain a close relationship with the customer to monitor quality aspects of series production programs,
- Standardize and coordinate reporting from CCE facilities to the customer on product non-conformities, with an associated action plan (root cause analysis, corrective action and application rank),
- Coordinate claim process with the responsible departments (internal and external),
- Define effectiveness indicators for the claim process and associated objectives,
- Ensure customer feedback is collected by defining and managing the monthly program quality review with the customers,
- Analyze the causes of non-performance and coordinate a improvement plan with the customers on interface processes (Concession/production permit, containment, delivery authorization, cosmetics issues, GQAO/EtQ, ...),
- Manage/participate the alert cells in the event of quality crises,

As a Quality representative of the Composites Center of Excellence, this position is requiring a strong leadership, autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills in order to build trust and cooperation with our Customers.
Highly autonomous, ability to coordinate various activities with stakeholders. Knowledge of industrial processes and technical product skills are required to work independently.

His role will require him to travel regularly to customers and CCE Facilities to ensure a good connection to the CCE network and understand deeply products and process of the CCE.
