We are looking for a passionate and sales driven Assistant Store Manager with strong experience in retail to join our amazingteam in Alcochete !

The candidate must have an exceptional customer service and strong sense of fashion, plus the ability to maximize sales through strong communication skills, knowledge of the industry and the enthusiasm for identifying with clients to maximizing sales.

- Have strong skills and fully capable to assist the Store Manager in the smooth running of the store on a daily basis.
- Have an excellent commercial knowledge and visual merchandising skills.
- Be extremely customer service and sales focused/driven.
- Able to analyse the performance and implement new improvement strategies.
- Have the ability to motivate and manage the team tasks and performance.
- Time management: able to prioritize tasks, delegate and meet deadlines.
- Be focused on staff training and development.
- Stock management (loss prevention and organization), follow-up on replenishment requests.
- Be highly ambitious and passionate of retail sales and Fashion.
- Microsoft package skills.
- Tailoring knowledge is essential.
