About the Role
We are looking for a talented Heat Exchanger Design Engineer to join our engineering team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the design and optimisation of compact heat exchangers, with a solid understanding of thermal performance, fluid flow, and mechanical constraints. Experience with additive manufacturing (3D printing) for thermal components is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Design, size, and optimise compact heat exchangers for various industrial applications.

Perform thermal and hydraulic analyses to evaluate performance and pressure-drop characteristics.

Develop innovative geometries compatible with 3D printing / additive manufacturing technologies.

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support prototyping and production.

Create detailed technical documentation, including models, drawings, and simulation reports.

Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Le profil recherché

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in heat exchanger design (plate, fin, compact exchanger, or similar technologies).

Strong background in thermal-fluid sciences and numerical analysis.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX or equivalent).

Understanding of additive manufacturing constraints (materials, tolerances, lattice structures, etc.).
