Manpower Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Internal Control Officer to join the Internal Control Unit of a prestigious institutional client.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of the Internal Control Unit, your main duties will include:

- Maintaining the Risk and Control Matrix in Hopex
- Performing Control Testing (design and operating effectiveness testing)
- Ensuring proper linkage between the Risk & Control Matrix, institutional processes, and the outcomes of other control functions
- Tracking actions and ensuring timely closure
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
Candidate Profile:

- University degree (Bachelor minimum) in Law, Political Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Internal Control
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); any additional EU language is an asset
- Required competencies
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly in a client-focused, high-quality environment
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Rigorous, structured, and analytical approach, with creativity for problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external counterparts
