Industrial Maintenance Technician H/F MANPOWER - LUXEMBOURG

The recruitment agency of ManpowerGroup is recruiting, for one of its clients, a global leader in the automotive industry, an Industrial Maintenance Technician(m/f/x) for permanent position.

Your main responsibilities:

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the reliability, availability, and efficiency of production and facility equipment.

Your main tasks will include:

- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and/or electrical breakdowns.
- Ensuring continuous availability of machines and systems.
- Supporting process and equipment improvements.
- Contributing to the safety and reliability of production operations.

Your profile:
- Degree in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or industrial maintenance.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment (automotive experience is an asset, but not mandatory).
- Proven expertise in industrial mechanics and/or electrotechnics; welding knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a 4×8 shift rotation (night and weekend bonuses provided).
- Fluent in English; French or German is considered a strong asset.
- Autonomous, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A personal car is required to access the site.
