Audit Transition Project Officer H/F MANPOWER - LUXEMBOURG

Manpower is recruiting on behalf of one of its client, a leading global active asset manager, for an Auditor Transition Support position based in Luxembourg for a duration of 12 months.

Your mission:

- Support the Fund Auditor Transition program and ensure alignment with project milestones
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and PowerPoint presentations
- Assist in the implementation of digital audit tools
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, auditors, fund boards, and regulators
- Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain oversight across all impacted funds throughout the transition process
Your profile:
- 5+ years experience in asset management, audit, or fund accounting
- Strong understanding of investment fund processes and regulatory requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Excellent analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proactive, organised, able to work independently and within a team
- Languages: Englishmandatory; French/Italian are an advantage
