Communication Designer - Internship - Paris H/F Wireming

Since 2014, Wiremind has positioned itself as a technical company transforming the world of transport and events with a 360° approach combining UX, software, and AI.

Our expertise lies primarily in optimizing and marketing our clients' capacity. We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing, 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.

Dynamic and ambitious, we strive to maintain our technical DNA which is the engine of our success. The company, profitable and self-financed since its creation 10 years ago, is mainly composed of engineers and experts and currently supports the growth of our business model based on "software-as-a-service" solutions.

Your missions

You'll be working side by side with our Head of Communications & Brand Marketing and collaborating with our employer brand, HR, content, and digital revenue marketing teams to:

- Design eye-catching, Product-driven visuals for social media (LinkedIn, X, YouTube...), tailored to each platform's algorithm
- Design and adapt presentations using our branded templates, making sure they fit the goal and audience (internal or external)
- Support our employer branding by creating visuals and print materials (flyers, kakemono, event assets, etc.)
- Work on 2D & 3D visuals for the website and help update or build pages in Webflow
- Create and edit corporate videos for internal and external use
- Develop assets for digital campaigns and product marketing
- Keep our brand identity up to date, applying the latest guidelines while adding creativity to adapt designs for different formats and channels.

Your designs will shape how the world sees Wiremind - and you'll play an active role in making that image bold, fresh, and memorable.

What we're looking for

You're not just good at design, you're passionate about how it communicates. You know when to stay on brand and when to push the edges just enough to stand out.

Your toolbox:
- Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, etc. - you can create great visuals)
- Figma (you can design with ease)
- Canva (you're quick and resourceful)
- Motion design & video tools (After Effects, etc. - a huge plus if you've got this in your portfolio)
You are:
- A design student or recent grad looking for a 6-month internship
- Someone with prior experience in graphic or communication design (internship, freelance, or first job)
- Open-minded, curious, and driven to learn every day
- Naturally detail-oriented, with a love for modern, clean aesthetics
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- And of course... you've got excellent taste
