Main responsibilities:

- Lead both the Master Data Management process application and the standardization of business process at site level
- Lead the site Master Data quality KPIs & Site Process KPIs and of the continuous improvement loop
- Build relevant Data analysis in support of site performance target and fast decision making based on accurate data
- Manage & communicate the link between site Master Data & process KPIs and site performance
- Build and develop the Data Analysis capability to support our site digital transformation
- Manage communication between site stakeholders and Global Business Process Owner

About you

Experience:

- With manufacturing technologies and digital solutions (Ex: ERP, APS)
- In data science (SQL, DAX, PowerBI, etc.)
- In project management

Soft and technical skills:

- Leadership - cross fonctionnal & multi-disciplinary teamwork
- Data driven decision, analytical mindset
- Good communication skills

Education: Bac +5 degree

Languages: Advanced in English
