Ingénieur Principal Operations Offshore H/F ABYSS ENERGY

We are seeking a Lead Vessel Operation Engineer to perform the services described in this specification.
PROFILE
The required profile is a design office engineer with the following skills and capabilities:
Extensive experience in offshore operations, ideally including deepwater activities such as subsea installation, flexible pipe laying, and umbilical installation.
Ability to interface and coordinate with project discipline engineers and the ASSET department when required.
Experience in managing subcontracts.
MISSION
The service shall be performed independently, under the responsibility of the Project Manager and in coordination with other disciplines.
The services to be provided include (non-exhaustive list):
Integrated into the operations team, and under the supervision of the Project Operation Manager (POM), the Lead Vessel Operation Engineer will prepare the offshore campaign from the office and will travel offshore or to fabrication yards on a rotation basis as the project representative.
Responsibilities include:
Providing support to the POM on all technical and operational aspects related to installation activities (installation schedule, logistics, engineering and method documentation review, follow-up of installation aids, etc.).
Supporting the POM in the preparation of installation vessels (material procurement and subcontract management).
Participating in and providing recommendations during Risk Assessments and operational reviews.
Coordinating the mobilization of resources required for offshore vessel campaigns.
Performing missions at fabrication yards and logistics bases when required, to follow load-out operations and project material preparation.
Conducting offshore missions on installation vessels.
COMPETENCIES
For the performance of the present service, the SUBCONTRACTOR shall propose a candidate with the following competencies in the Oil & Gas sector:
Fluent in English and French
BOSIET + CA-EBS certification
Valid medical fitness certificate
