YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Group Underwriting Office [Leading All operations supporting Underwriting including Pricing and reinsurance cessions]

Within this Department, you will be part of the team P&C Commercial Lines Business Performance.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

The Business Performance Analyst will:

- Lead and/or support the delivery of P&C CL business projects, ensuring their timely and effective execution in alignment with GUO and Group expectations. Responsibilities include:

- - Support the framing and priority definition of P&C CL business projects by leading comprehensive business data analysis and assessing entities performance
- Coordinate the assessment of P&C CL Underwriting capabilities and co-define with entities & GUO P&C CL experts a realistic sophistication roadmap based on a clear capability-driven approach.
- Collaborate with entities and GUO P&C CL team to define and implement improvement initiatives & levers, focused on enhancing growth/profitability, and monitoring volatility

- Support P&C CL End-to-end business reviews, from entities selection to recommendations plan definition and closure:

- - Lead the construction of Y+1 review plan for P&C CL Underwriting, establishing clear rationale for each entity selected, based on both financial and technical data
- Coordinate, jointly with P&C CL UW experts, the progress and closure of review recommendations for each entity, ensuring rigorous evidence control and maintaining regular communication and reporting

- Perform and/or improve reportings related to P&C CL and coordinate GenAI initiatives in GUO P&C CL Underwriting:

- - Coordinate the fostering of GenAI initiatives in GUO P&C CL Underwriting, ensuring alignment with GUO objectives and adherence to GIE standards.
- Maintain and improve AXA NACE Code framework, ensuring its proper utilization in Group consolidation tools and reports and its alignment with entities' local referential.
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and studies on P&C CL UW activities and performance to support decision-making and business growth/profitability improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

- You have at least 5 years' experience in insurance and/or consulting
- You have a good knowledge of P&C business operations including Underwriting, Pricing, Claims and Reinsurance, enabling to have a thorough understanding of business insurance rationale, processes and profitability.
- You have a track record of reliably delivering projects that span multiple teams and functions
- You think, act, and communicate clearly and expertly in a multicultural and multi-function environment
- You have strong values of mutual support and team spirit
- You use a data driven approach to define a problem statement, develop, and define strategies and structure the path forward
- Agility to work in a multifaceted P&C world (Local vs Group, Small vs Large entities, worldwide underwriting cultures)
- Highly disciplined Project management skills with a proficient use of PowerPoint and Excel
