Your mission: In this role, you will be a member of our Carbonated Beverage Brands Team, working closely with the Brand Managers to support daily marketing activities, campaigns execution, and business performance analyses. You will contribute to delivering our brand plans and gain hands-on experience in the full marketing cycle within a dynamic FMCG environment. Responsibilities Perform monthly analyses and reporting on brand performance and market trends. Assist in packaging and labelling development, including agency coordination. Support communication and digital marketing activities across different channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain). Assist in developing brand presentations and marketing materials. Support administrative and operational brand management activities. Qualifications Degree in Management, Business, International Management, Economics, or Management Engineering Preferably, previous experience gained through one or more internships in Brand Management or similar roles within a FMCG multinational company (preferably in the Food & Beverages sector). Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and nice to have familiarity with Nielsen, IRI, or GfK data and reporting systems. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and curious mindset. Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus. What makes us different?
