The Strategic Partnerships Manager plays a pivotal, partnerfacing role. You will manage and expand toptier partnerships (financial technology firms, ecommerce platforms, pointofsale solutions) and drive business opportunities in a fastmoving environment. Acting as the central point of contact, you will influence internal and external stakeholders, expand Alma's reach, and create value for Alma, our partners, and our merchants.
About the mission
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners: build, develop, and nurture longterm, highimpact relationships; lead initiatives that create new opportunities and drive revenue.
- Set strategy and expand scope: manage expansion (new geographies, new use cases/features), optimize existing programs, and define the roadmap for joint projects.
- Crossfunctional leadership and negotiation: align Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Regulatory, etc. to shape valueadd operating models; build business cases and negotiate/close contracts.
- Endtoend execution: drive partnership initiatives from idea to validation, launch, and scale; coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout.
- Performance management: define KPIs/OKRs, monitor results, surface insights, and implement improvements.
- Partner enablement and activation: ensure partners are equipped to market, sell, and support Alma; create playbooks and internal enablement materials; share best practices.
- Joint gotomarket and growth: design and run partnerled and partnerassisted GTM plans, including comarketing and coselling programs that accelerate commercial outcomes.
- Representation and relationship stewardship: be the single point of contact (SPOC); represent Alma to the partner and the partner within Alma; cultivate a dynamic partner community and longterm, trusted relationships.
- Opportunity development: proactively identify, validate, and secure new opportunities with existing partners.
About you
- 3+ years' experience in consulting, project/program management, partnerships, complex sales, or similar roles in fintech, ecommerce, or other fastpaced/highgrowth environments.
- Strong commercial instinct and business acumen.
- Fluency with data; able to extract insights and deliver compelling partner presentations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex stakeholders and partners in parallel.
- Track record leading crossfunctional projects with high attention to detail.
- Great communicator and relationshipbuilder: excellent written and presentation skills; you craft compelling value propositions and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Pragmatic and impactfocused: you prioritize highleverage actions and thrive in fastpaced settings.
- Problemsolving and resultsoriented: you own outcomes and deliver on commitments; strong analytical skills and comfort with ambiguity.
- Techcurious, a continuous learner, resilient, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Fluency in English and French.
- You are based in Paris
