Pmo - Continuous Improvement H/F Maestria

Context

Within the Development Department, the division of our client is responsible for developing and maintaining all digital applications related to customer interactions for a major international transport and mobility group.

As part of the rollout of a continuous improvement program, the organization is strengthening its teams and is seeking a PMO - Continuous Improvement to support the program Lead.

Role & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Program Lead, the PMO will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of the transformation program.

This includes (non-exhaustive):

Prepare progress reports and executive-level presentations on transformation initiatives.

Drive and implement continuous improvement IT initiatives across the program.

Produce operational documentation (process guidelines, procedures, playbooks).

Monitor and analyze KPIs / OKRs; propose corrective actions when needed.

Manage and update the program SharePoint site and internal communication materials (incl. newsletters).

Agile Delivery Support

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and promote best practices aligned with Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.

Coordinate with development teams, product owners, and transversal stakeholders.

Facilitate communication, remove roadblocks, and ensure effective team collaboration.

Core team: approx. 5 people

Program: 40-60 contributors

International, cross-functional, Agile-oriented environment

Hybrid work model (1-2 days onsite per week)
