Regional Quality Food Safety Manager EMEA H/F ADM.

The Regional Quality & Food Safety Manager EMEA will provide oversite of the quality and food safety needs of our organization. They will lead and verify program compliance to those programs. This person will coach, mentor, and support team members to achieve individual and company goals and objectives.

This position reports to the Quality & Food Safety Director EMEA.

Essential Job Functions:

- Work with assigned facilities to ensure standard quality programs are implemented and correct verifications are in place.
- Help facilitate monitoring and validation activities with facilities.
- SME in key quality programs such as ingredient reconciliation, sequencing/flushing, and product release
- Provide direction on all aspect's food safety including support on food safety plan improvements
- Support quality trainings for any position that may have influence over key food safety tasks.
- Participate or lead corporate quality leadership trainings.
- Assist with Complaint Root Cause Analysis to mitigate future issues that could impact food safety.
- Communicate and help deliver on defined company KPI targets for each assigned facility through virtual or on-site activity.
- Become a key on-site team member during severe complaints and/or during complaints supporting CAPA implementation along with other key activities.
- Field product disposition questions that require review to ensure food safety and compliance such as sequencing mistakes, yield variances, or potential product returns
- Contribute to on-site third party or customer visits as requested by the facility to help deliver a successful result for the business.
- Work with facilities to ensure proper pest control is in place.
- Monitor findings via automated reports.
- Follow up on corrective actions from audit findings and ensure proper documentation is in place to ensure sustainability.
