Could you be one of our Industrial Test Engineers (M/F) in Villeurbanne that we're looking for?
At our Villeurbanne site, with over 1,100 employees, specialized in the design and manufacturing of ground and onboard electronic systems (control and monitoring, signaling), we develop new intelligent solutions enabling the operation of railway transport networks.

Your future roleTake on a new challenge and leverage your expertise in industrial electronics, testbench architecture, and programming in a cutting-edge domain. You will work with an operational and dynamic team and be the technical owner of the testbenches within our specialized site. On a daily basis, you will work closely with internal teams (industrialization, production, international subcontractors), maintain and optimize industrial testbenches, and much more.

Your main responsibilities:

Ensure operational readiness, availability, and reliability of testbenches for use in an industrial production workshop (France and abroad),
Provide training and support to production operators,
Be the technical owner of the testbenches by performing technical investigations, repairs, and updates,
Apply your skills in analog and digital electronics and industrial instrumentation,
Use your programming skills (LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, ...),
Analyze data and apply problem-solving methodologies,
Participate in the validation of new testbench solutions and their deployment in production,
Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of processes,
Know and comply with EHS rules at all times.

Degree in electronics or a related field,
Experience or understanding of industrial electronics,
Knowledge of functional testbench architecture and measurement instruments,
Familiarity with programming languages and tools specific to testbench development (LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, GitLab...),
Certification or proficiency in technical communication in English (spoken and written),
Experience in maintaining testbench fleets,
Analytical mindset, rigor, responsiveness, and autonomy,
Strong interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork in a demanding industrial environment.
