- Conduct regular moss removal and cleaning to maintain roofs.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of proven waterproofing expertise.
- Ability to handle new roofing projects with accuracy.
- Proficiency in roof maintenance, including moss removal skills.
- Mandatory CAP Roofer certification for quality interventions.
