Senior Scientist Pharmacometrics H/F Servier

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who wants to impact therapeutic progress and enjoys working in a highly transversal and collaborative environment. As part of the Clinical Pharmacometrics team, you will work closely with Servier scientists and external partners to drive and implement Model-Informed Drug Discovery & Development (MID3) strategies, accelerate candidate development, support regulatory submissions, and contribute to life-cycle management. The position is based at our R&D facility in the Paris-Saclay innovation hub among leading research institutes and universities.

Your Responsibilities

- Define and implement MID3 strategy within cross-functional teams (Clinical Pharmacology, Regulatory, Biometrics, DMPK, Biomarkers, Therapeutic Areas).
- Plan and execute Pharmacometrics analyses (Population PK, PBPK, PKPD, Exposure-Response) to support decision-making.
- Support clinical study design with PK/PKPD insights, sampling strategies, endpoints, and decision criteria.
- Prepare documentation and contribute to interactions with Health Authorities for clinical and regulatory submissions.
- Contribute to scientific and methodological excellence within the Pharmacometrics discipline.

Profile

We welcome candidates with:

- PhD with 3-5 years in clinical Pharmacometrics or M&S in drug development or Master's degree/PharmD with 6-8 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience in Pharmacometrics in a clinical context.
- Proficiency in R and at least one key modeling platform (NONMEM, Monolix, Simcyp, PK-Sim).
- Experience supporting regulatory interactions (FDA, EMA, PMDA) is an asset.
