Les missions du poste
Role :
TheGlobal Omnichannel Project Managerwill lead key aspects of omnichannel project implementation within theGlobal Digital Projectsteam, working closely with thee-commerce,IT, customer service, logistics,retail, andstoreteams.
This role will be specifically responsible for thescoping and deploymentof projects aimed at implementing omnichannel services, such asshipping e-commerce orders from the store network in Europe.
Reporting to theHead of Digital Projects, the Project Manager will collaborate with multiple departments from thedesign phase through to launch, and will overseepost-launch performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities of the Global Omnichannel Project Manager :
- Present thebusiness and customer visionbehind omnichannel services such asShip From Store,Order in Store,Buy Online Pick-up in Store, etc.
- Definelaunch prerequisites: stock reliability, store equipment (e.g. tablets), operational guidelines, back-office space and staffing, KPIs, commission schemes, etc.
- Organizebusiness scoping workshopsto refine needs and formalize them using agile tools (Confluence, Jira - User Stories).
- Coordinate withregional teamsto incorporate local specificities and configure technical options in collaboration with IT teams and external partners.
- Lead a360° action planinvolving all stakeholders: Digital, Regional, IT, Logistics, Retail, Retail Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Accounting, Tax, etc.
- Document allcustomer scenarios: use cases, store and customer service processes, OMS flows and configurations.
- Overseestore activationsin collaboration with regional contacts.
- Coordinateomnichannel guidelinesin stores (e.g. packaging).
- Gatherfeedback from regional teams.
- Drive communication aroundkey project milestonesup to launch, and ensurepost-launch performance tracking.
- CreateSCI reportsto monitorShip From Storeperformance.
- Ensureregional follow-up and engagementon KPIs and performance.
- Sharerecommendations, best practices, and guidelines, and fostersynergies between regionson omnichannel services.
This position requires astrong understanding, and ideallyinitial experience, in thedeployment of omnichannel projects and servicesinvolving anOrder Management System (OMS).
The selected candidate should demonstrate the following skills:
- Astrategic and business-oriented omnichannel vision, with strong change management capabilities
- Functional expertise in OMS, with the ability to understand both technical and operational implications
- Experience inorganizing business workshopsand formalizing requirements using agile tools (Confluence, Jira - User Stories)
- Ability tolead 360° action plansinvolving multiple stakeholders
- Solid understanding ofdigital toolsandbusiness needs
- Proficiency inagile project management methodologies, with rigorous planning skills
- Ability totrain end usersand support teams in skill development
- Familiarity withManhattan Associates OMS (Manhattan Active OMNI)is a plus
Education and Experience
· Master's degree inManagement,Digital,Marketing,Business, orLogistics
· Minimum3 years of experiencein managing omnichannel projects involving an OMS
·Proven experience indigital and omnichannel project management, withinternational scopeandcross-functional collaboration
·Ability tolead teams,collaborate across departments, andfoster alignment around a shared vision
· Experience in thefashion,lifestyle, orretailsectors is a plus
· Fluent in English
· Advanced proficiency inproject management tools(Jira, Confluence) andagile methodologies
· Acollaborative,structured, andreliablemindset, with strongorganizationalandproblem-solvingskills
· Genuine interest inomnichannel strategiesandindustry best practices
