Medical Scientific Liaison Msl H/F Bayer

Position: Major Tasks Main tasks and responsibilities: * The MSL responds to medical questions asked by health professionals: It interacts with health professionals by providing answers while taking into account existing information, particularly in validated local and global Q&As. ; Questions and answers to complex/ off- label/RCP medical questions must be traced in the IRMS tool. * By conducting high-level scientific exchanges with experts I health professionals, in relation to research / studies or medical projects, publications and communications at congresses, the MSL develops partnerships and represents the medical department in the region. * The MSL identifies health professionals and networks of expertise for project planning purposes in accordance with the medical plan. * The MSL can participate in congresses and scientific events in order to regularly develop its knowledge. During these events, the MSL meets and discusses with the experts present in the therapeutic area concerned. * The MSL contributes to the organization of scientific information activities and events, meetings of experts in the region. * The MSL interacts with healthcare professionals in order to discuss or support academic study projects (IIRs [Investigator/Institution­ initiated Research]) and to contribute to their implementation. He acts as a local point of contact, he facilitates the interface between the investigators/institutions and the people in charge of the validation and follow-up of these projects within the medical department of Bayer. * The MSL documents its activity via the medical CRM tool. * In some cases, the MSL may be required to answer questions related to study protocols clinics Secondary activities: * Support for market access: the MSL can provide scientific support to the Market Access department by delivering the necessary information in connection with hospital referral or the creation of drug reimbursement files. * Internal scientific support: - The MSL is the scientific reference expert in the region. In conjunction with the Scientific Advisor at headquarters, he participates in the continuous training of internal teams. - TheMSL can provide support as a representative of the medical department in the medical review/validation of documents. * Clinical research program (interventional and observational studies): - MSL can provide support to the local teams in charge of clinical research: scientific advisor, Clinical Operations department and post- marketing studies department, in accordance with the applicable SOPs and operating methods. * The MSL can write and create scientific materials related to its activities in the therapeutic area concerned in compliance with the SOPs and operating methods in force.
