Kyc Team Manager H/F Swan

You're a great match if:

- You have 5 to7 yearsof experience in KYC/AML/Financial Security at a fintech, payment institution, bank, or fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment. With at least 2 years of experience as a team manager.
- You have a strong understanding of the AML/CFT regulatory framework.
- You possess strong leadership and team management skills.
- You enjoy optimizing internal processes to deliver superior customer satisfaction. This requires a proactive approach and the ability to think creatively.
- Proven success in formulating and executing strategies based on your deep knowledge of operations metrics and analytics.
- You have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail, which enables you to quickly make data-informed decisions.
- You have a sense of production priority and urgency.
- Fluent in Englishand native-level fluency in either French, Italian, German, Dutch, or Spanish.
