To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Accounting Specialist within the Finance team! This position will be located in Pantnagar.

Its role is also to ensure the reliability and prompt availability of business data, financial reporting and financial analysis to support the decision-making process.

Key competencies requirement (MUST HAVE)Functional : Sound knowledge of Accounting Standard and Policies, Bank Reconciliation, Management of Suppliers, Project Accounting, Good in Advance Excel.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

Key Accountabilities :

- Timely invoice processing of raw material / chemical / fuel / project / any other service
- Preparation of taxation data related to GST/TDS
- Travel claim settlement through Concur app
- Making of Creditors Ageing Report on monthly basis
- Preparation of audit data for internal & external audit.
- Import export payment, LC documents.
- Timely closure of ledgers for month end closing.
- Bank reco
- Updating of payments in ERP
- Support in preparation of monthly blackline bank ledger
- Timely inputs for Monthly MIS
- Data preparation for capitalization
- Provision of vendors bills on monthly level and checking of those
- Reconciliation of balances & rectification if any

Academics: PG in Accounts / MBA Finance preferred

Experience: 5 to 8+ years in Payables in a manufacturing setup
