Unique raffinerie de l'île, la SPHB, SOCIETE DE PRODUCTION DES HUILES DE BOURBON est un acteur majeur de la production et de la commercialisation d'huiles et de condiments à la Réunion.
Quels seront les enjeux du poste et votre contribution ?
Le poste est composé de 3 volets principaux :
Comptabilité Client :
- comptabiliser les règlements client,
- effectuer le recouvrement et la gestion des litiges en binôme avec l'ADV
- établir et diffuser le reporting des encours clients.
Administration des ventes :
- effectuer la mise à jour des reportings mensuels commerciaux à destination de nos clients,
- renseigner les offres promotionnelles dans le logiciel dédié, établir, valider et diffuser les confirmations promotionnelles,
- réaliser les modifications de tarif dans l'ERP,
- assistance administrative du Directeur Commercial.
Administration des ventes (back-up ADV partie commandes/facturations/livraisons) :
- intégrer les commandes dans notre ERP, valider les préparations vers ERP du prestataire logistique,
- effectuer la facturation et le suivi des avoirs en coordination avec notre prestataire logistique,
- rapprocher les stocks avec notre prestataire logistique.
