Les missions du poste
On this role you will have to :
* Provide executive support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars,
* Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and correspondence,
* Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the team,
* Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships as needed,
* Assist with internal communication and event planning,
* Ensure organizational systems and records are accurate and up to date.

You are detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive on keeping things organized. You have excellent time management skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. You are a problem-solver who enjoys supporting others and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
* Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role,
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills,
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
* High level of discretion,
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace,
* Fluency in English (French is a plus),
* Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, France.
