Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full lifecycle of CRM migration projects, from initial assessment to post-deployment support.
* Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth data migration and system integration.
* Oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure timely progress tracking and reporting.
* Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
* Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders across different regions.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in CRM migration projects, ideally involving Salesforce Service Cloud.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
* Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently with daily follow-up and progress updates.
* Availability for occasional travel to Italy and the UK.
* Remote work possible; no fixed location required.
