Logistics & Distribution Intern

THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will join the Logistics & Distribution team at PMF and actively contribute to the operational management and optimization of supply and distribution flows between our factories and distribution centers. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain insight into international supply chain operations while developing strong analytical and coordination skills.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Manage purchasing orders from factories to distribution centers, ensuring on-time and accurate supply execution.
- Coordinate import flows based on PMF's production and demand needs.
- Monitor and analyze stock levels and performance metrics (e.g., inventory coverage, obsolescence, stockouts).
- Support the planning and scheduling of procurement operations and logistics activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth information flow and proactive issue resolution.
- Analyze stock variances and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare operational and analytical reports (Excel, SAP, Power BI) to track supply performance and logistics KPIs.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Student or recent graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Business
- Proficient in English (B2/C1) and French (advantageous)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills
- Eager to learn in a multicultural and dynamic environment
