Medical Experts Program Manager - M H/F Doctolib

As a Medical Expert Program Manager you'll join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team at the heart of Doctolib's mission. Our Medical Team brings together strategic thinkers, data experts, and experienced healthcare professionals. By combining deep clinical insight with analytical rigor and a strategic mindset, we ensure that Doctolib's products deliver real impact for practitioners and patients. Collaboration is central to our culture-whether we're shaping product strategy, analyzing health data, or partnering with medical experts, we work together to drive healthcare innovation at scale. As a Medical Expert Program Manager , reporting to our Medical Affairs manager, you will play a unique role by leading and executing strategic medical initiatives that strengthen collaboration between our medical experts and product teams, while expanding our physician engagement programs. As a result you will ensure that our product development is deeply rooted in medical expertise, delivering tangible value to healthcare.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead our next-generation Medical Expert Program, overseeing its end-to-end rollout and ongoing management, establishing a new standard for expert engagement at Doctolib:

- Strengthen strategic partnerships between medical experts and product teams to embed clinical excellence.
- Prioritize medical expert involvement in key product initiatives for maximum business and user impact.
- Champion collaborative workflows, facilitating expert participation from discovery to launch.
- Foster an engaged community of medical experts through regular interactions, events, and knowledge-sharing.

Design and implement our Physician Building program

- - Develop and institutionalize frameworks that empower physician users to dedicate more time to co-building sessions with Doctolib's teams, including bringing their expertise in medical content strategy & review
- Create effective engagement strategies and scalable participation models that maximize physician involvement and value creation.
- Define and communicate clear guidelines, processes, and best practices for physician collaboration, ensuring seamless integration with our roadmaps.

Drive the successful creation and launch of Doctolib's first in-house medical practice in Nantes following our recent Office opening:

- Lead and coordinate all discussions with potential clinical partners, overseeing the end-to-end contracting and partnership process.
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational planning to ensure the smooth establishment and functioning of the medical practice within the Nantes office.
- Define optimal launch modalities, operational frameworks, and success criteria for the practice, ensuring alignment with Doctolib's strategic vision.
- Oversee implementation through to successful go-live, ensuring exceptional integration and value for both Doctolib and the medical community.

Improve our Performance management & KPIs:

- - Achieve engagement and usage targets by involving medical experts throughout the product lifecycle (discovery, mockup, user testing).
- Monitor and analyze satisfaction levels of Product Managers and Medical Experts, using feedback for continuous improvement.
