ENTER THE GAME

As a member of the security Referent team, you will join the Global Security teams, to:
- Advise security recommendations on business and tech roadmaps (features, applications...)
- Propose a vision on security features that need to be included in Betclic roadmaps
- Be the main point of security advisory for Betclic roadmap
- Promote continuous improvement

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:
- Conduct security risk assessments for projects in an agile context
- Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and potential impacts on critical assets.
- Evaluate risk levels and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Participate in projects roadmap to anticipate security needs.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and development teams to ensure security is embedded.
- Ensure alignment with the organization's security policies and standards.
- Contribute to project security documentation (Security Architecture Files, Risk Treatment Plans, Risk Asset Referential, etc.).
- Monitor maturity indicators across projects.
- Propose security clauses for contracts with providers
- Promote a security-by-design culture across project teams.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Sebastien or Adele will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Sophie - Global Security Director. Finally, Sebastien will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
