Senior Technical Communication Strategist M H/F Dynatrace

Your role at Dynatrace

Are you a strategic thinker and strong technical communicator? We're looking for this unique combination to work directly with our CTO, a pioneer in the observability space. You'll help turn raw ideas into sharp narratives, formalize thinking, bring structure to ideas, create structured text and transform ideas into draft visual layouts. This is an opportunity to partner with multiple stakeholders, translate and shape fundamental technical information, and evolve how we speak about our value and vision for the future.

- Collaborate with the CTO to define and articulate our evolving observability strategy and narrative.
- Translate abstract concepts, conversations, workshops and deep dives, and sketches into structured and understandable written outputs.
- Partner with Product Comms, GTM Product Management, and R&D stakeholders to create foundational documents and resources.
- Help visualize complex ideas through outlines, diagrams, and clear logic flows.
- Contribute to shaping our voice in the observability space - internally and externally.
- Bring structure and clarity to thinking that often moves faster than words.

What will help you succeed

- Education in either computer science, software engineering, information technology or technical and/or visual communication.
- Strong grasp of software engineering principles and concepts in the cloud-native space.
- Exceptional English writing skills, with experience translating technical ideas into business-relevant narratives.
- 3-5 years' experience in the observability industry, with deep understanding of concepts and modern software development practices.
- Strong structural thinker who thrives on untangling complexity and organizing abstract ideas.
- Confident working closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation Data

- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
