The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Headwaiter for the Oiseau Blanc Restaurant.

Key accountabilities:

- Be able to handle check-in and check-out formalities.

- Keep up to date and inform colleagues of all events taking place inside and outside the hotel (trade fairs, conventions, meetings, trade shows, etc.),

- Solve occasional problems efficiently and discreetly,

- Work in close collaboration with all hotel departments, in particular with Reception, Management, Customer Relations and Housekeepers, to ensure perfect communication with the various departments of the establishment in order to respect guests' wishes.

General Requirements:

- Proficiency in computerized cashiering systems

- Fluent English (additional language preferred)

- First successful experience as a chef de rang in a demanding service environment

- Ability to work in a team

- Bac PRO - BEP - CAP or equivalent experience
