Senior Project Manager - Cosmetics & Pharmaceutical Industry H/F Boccard

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for the Cosmetics & Pharmaceutical industry, based in Villeurbanne on a permanent contract reporting to our Operations Director, Micaela.

Your mission will be to manage process-related activities and site execution for client projects. Please note that regular travel will be required for this role.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the Health & Care Department, you will oversee the full execution of client projects and ensure successful delivery.

- Act as the main point of contact for the client, supporting them throughout the entire project lifecycle, from tender phase to final delivery
- Guarantee the quality of installations delivered, lead feedback sessions, and contribute to best practice improvements
- Analyze process performance issues, including:
- Conducting full audits
- Developing action plans with economic studies
- Monitoring implementation at client sites
- Preparing and deploying method sheets
- Prepare cost estimates
- Contribute to process safety and food safety improvements
- Assist in resolving manufacturing issues related to processes
- Manage projects and engineering activities during pre-project and execution phases, including:
- Technical audits and improvement plans (compliance and upgrades)
- Process performance optimization, machine or production line retrofits
