Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement study-specific recruitment plans in alignment with client requirements and enrollment timelines.
- Supervise and coach the recruitment team to achieve performance goals and uphold a high standard of service.
- Lead database segmentation and outreach strategies using our recruitment CRM to identify and engage suitable healthy volunteers.
- Oversee prescreening processes to ensure adherence to study inclusion/exclusion criteria.
- Work closely with the Screening team to ensure a swift, smooth process for healthy volunteer participation, and to secure their full collaboration in performing recruitment tasks.
- Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Coordinator to produce and submit IRB-approved advertisements (online, print, text, and email).
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide weekly progress updates to Clinical Project Coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with IRB requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Biotrial SOPs, and platform usage (VCT, ClinCard).
- Draft and maintain relevant SOPs and ensure staff training documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate with IT to support recruitment system enhancements and resolve platform-related issues.
- Conduct team performance evaluations, provide feedback and training, and recommend training or advancement opportunities

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field required; Master's preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical trial recruitment, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in marketing, customer service, or communications is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual in English, Spanish and/or French is a plus.

Skills and Abilities

- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and familiar with recruitment and marketing platforms.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and CRM platforms preferred.
- Able to work independently while fostering team collaboration and innovation.
