Les missions du poste
Are you analytically strong and eager to contribute to the quality of medicines ?
For an exciting project at one of our partners, we are looking for a Quality Investigation Specialist who wants to make a difference in a high-tech environment.
What will you do :
- You thoroughly and efficiently investigate quality deviations, determine the root cause, and initiate the appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- You perform trend analyses to detect recurring issues and address them structurally.
- You monitor the effectiveness of CAPAs and report progress to management.
- You develop and manage KPIs that provide insight into the follow-up of quality deviations.

Who you are :
- You hold a Master's degree (in Pharmacy, Bioscience Engineering, or Industrial Engineering) and have at least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- You possess strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity to understand and improve processes.
- You have a mindset of continuous improvement and work with a strong focus on quality, following cGMP principles.
- You communicate clearly, with empathy and assertiveness, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
- You have strong technical writing skills and can clearly document complex information for various audiences.
- You have knowledge of (bio)chemical analytical techniques and experience with deviation management.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
