EKOSPORT, the European leader in Outdoor e-commerce, is recruiting an Application Project Manager for its Dutch subsidiary, SkiWebShop.

About the Role
As an Application Project Manager, you will be the technical backbone of our digital operations.
You'll ensure the smooth running of our e-store and all associated applications, provide support to internal teams, and coordinate with external IT partners to continuously improve our platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, enjoys working on diverse projects, and wants to make a tangible impact in an international e-commerce environment.
Your Responsibilities
1. Manage Applications
Oversee the functional administration of Magento CMS and other e-commerce tools.
Support teams in using CMS, CRM, SaaS platforms, and other digital systems.
Act as the go-to person for internal technical and functional questions.
2. Coordinate Implementations and Improvements
Manage implementations, updates, and enhancements with external IT partners.
Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
Contribute to IT projects in collaboration with Ekosport's HQ in France.
3. Manage IT Service Providers
Act as the first point of contact for IT vendors and service providers.
Negotiate and manage contracts with external partners.
4. Contribute to IT Strategy
Build and manage the IT budget, alongside the Operations Director and General Manager.
Participate in IT policy, hardware, and workplace management.
Collaborate at group level on international IT initiatives.
- Experience or strong affinity with e-commerce platforms (Magento is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a genuine interest in programming.
- Experience integrating an e-commerce solution within a global information system.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Analytical, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
- Languages: Fluent English and Dutch are essentials
