Creative Strategist Intern Apprenticeship - Alternance H/F Posse

At Posse Studio, we build and scale mobile apps with ambition, creativity, and data-driven decisions. Our two flagship apps - Inshallah (a dating app) and Dygest (a non-fiction book summary app) - already engage hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

We're looking for a Creative Strategy Intern (alternance) who wants to learn by doing in the fast-moving world of mobile apps, social ads, and UGC content.

What You'll Do

- Creator Sourcing & Briefing: Identify, recruit, and brief UGC creators in France, the UK, and the US.
- Project Management: Help oversee content production end-to-end (briefs, deadlines, approvals).
- Influencer Campaigns: Occasionally manage small influencer activations with our partners.
Trend Spotting: Stay on top of TikTok trends, ad formats, and viral hooks to test new ideas.

Bonus (if you're curious and motivated)

- Creative Strategy: Contribute fresh concepts for social ads (TikTok, Meta, Snap, etc.) and later organic channels.
- Performance Mindset Work with our Growth team to analyze ad results and iterate on what works best.

Who You Are

- Currently enrolled in a business school, communication, or marketing program (Master's level preferred).
- Strong culture of digital content (you love TikTok, IG, and stay ahead of trends).
- Creative and organized - you can both brainstorm and structure.
- Eager to learn about the mobile app ecosystem and gain hands-on experience in UGC, social ads, and creative strategy.
- Comfortable working in English; French is a plus but not required.
