Les missions du poste

- Protect participant safety and welfare.
- Understand and follow study protocols, regulations (HIPAA, FDA, GCP), and company SOPs.
- Assist with obtaining and documenting informed consent.
- Conduct physical exams, safety/efficacy assessments, and medical follow-ups.
- Review charts, records, medical orders, labs, ECGs, and adverse events.
- Monitor participants and report serious or unexpected events within 24 hours.
- Review/evaluate protocols and provide clinical/scientific input.
- Write safety reports and validate final study reports.
- Manage adverse drug events and medical emergencies; provide on-call support as needed.
- Review and approve case report forms.
- Maintain ethical standards and good clinical practices.
- Communicate with sponsors and address medical questions during monitoring visits.
- Build relationships with the medical/scientific community.
- Train and support staff as required.
- Keep the Clinical Research Team informed and maintain good communication.
- Ensure studies meet sponsor requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications for this position include:

- Doctoral degree (MD, DO).
- Active New Jersey License.
- Current DEA license.
- Current CPR certification
- Experience providing patient care, i.e., family medicine, primary care.
- Board certified with current certificate in specialty area.
- Ability to provide diagnostic treatment and counseling services.
- Ability to analyze situations and take effective action.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact with physicians, nurses, other staff, and patients/volunteers.
- Possess a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

- Monday to Friday
- Overnight shift
