Within the Danone Food Safety Center Microbiology team, this internship will take place in Gif-sur-Yvette (91), at our research and innovation center starting from January 2026.

Rosalia, Food Safety Microbiology Manager, will support you to thrive in your missions:

- 30% conduct bibliographic research about selective agents that favor the presence of antimicrobial resistance in food environment
- 30% perform bioinformatic analysis to search for antimicrobial resistances in microbial genomes
- 30% establish a correlation between environmental parameters and the presence of antimicrobial resistances
- 10% present the results and conclusions to internal stakeholders
