Internship - Business Analyst - Line Commercial & Pricing Domain H/F CMA CGM

YOUR ROLE

Within the Clients Platforms / Line & Commercial department of CMA CGM's IT Division, we are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who can integrate into our multicultural Project team to take on the following responsibilities:

Initially: Prepare and execute functional and pre-UAT tests for prioritized developments, and provide support to users during the UAT phase.

Subsequently: Oversee the process from drafting User Stories to their validation during UAT for enhancements to the Vessel Profile application.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

- Understand, gather, and analyze application enhancement needs from end-users and/or the Product Owner.
- Identify test cases required to validate the prioritized enhancements planned for the upcoming release.
- Prepare test data to support the execution of identified/formalized test cases according to the release phase (Functional Testing or Pre-UAT).
- Execute Functional and Pre-UAT tests.
- Assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Create simple queries to generate data extractions on request.
