Les missions du poste
As a member of the Global Footwear Merchandising team, you will report to the Global Footwear Merchandiser Director.
Main missions:
- Participate in the planning and execution of the global footwear GTM strategy in line with the brand's annual business plan
- Assist in the implementation of go-to-market plans to ensure category consistency and attractiveness at global level
- Help develop 360° GTM plan and toolkit in close collaboration with the various teams: Global Product, Global marketing and Regional Merchandising
- Prepare reporting and sell in / sell out analysis
- Lead the competitive intelligence on marketplace & competitive environment
- Support operational Merchandising data management in key interfaces
Profile :
- Student from a business school or equivalent, Bac +4/5
- A successful experience in a fashion and/or Sport leisure company or agency would be a plus
- Fluent in English (written, spoken), French is a plus
- Proficiency in office software (PPT, Excel, Word)
- Thoroughness, excellent organizational skills and good interpersonal skills
- Autonomy and initiative
- Team spirit and versatility
- Sensitivity to sneakers and their market/ecosystem
